From the Matrix of Depletion to Divine Alchemy: The Birth of Starchild & Sacred Sound
Most of my life was spent running. I was constantly changing, fighting the system, and pushing against the status quo. What I didn’t realize at the time was that I was running on the fumes of normalized abuse. In the chaos of survival, I had completely ignored a deeper care and love for myself.
For years, I found myself battling between odd, underpaying jobs that utilized none of my university degree, and the fierce, undeniable calling of my soul to write and play music, to paint, and to write philosophy and poetry. Because I grew up without healthy relationship models, I didn’t know how to nurture connections. Instead, I simply recycled the painful behaviors I had learned.
It wasn’t until I stepped back into isolation—until I went deep into nature and connected directly with the Creator—that the noise finally quieted. In that space, I started to develop a deeper sense of self-worth and a true awareness of others.
Breaking those generational patterns wasn’t clean or easy. It took huge leaps of faith, and yes, it took falling completely on my ass. But hitting the ground forced me to take radical accountability. I had to face my own reactive abuse, and I had to own the ways I had normalized mistreatment just to get validation and love. Through consistent, quiet, daily change, I broke the cycle. Today, I am able to stand confidently in my worth. I can firmly and gently call out abuse, and I take decisive action to protect myself and my children.
My journey has culminated in two deeply connected creative projects: Starchild and Sacred Sound.
Starchild: A Journey of Awakening
Starchild is a musical chronicle of awakening. It is a more mature somatic experience designed to anchor self-love and self-care through a rollercoaster journey of heightened romance, loss, grief, and the sublimation of sexual energy back into personal empowerment. Overcoming the feeling of never being loved is the ultimate journey of divine alchemy. Tuning the album to 432 Hz enables the music to dismantle false, limiting beliefs and anchor abundant ones directly into the subconscious—especially when listened to daily right before bed.
Sacred Sound: Rewiring the Reality We Speak
The inspiration for Sacred Sound goes back years. When Facebook first launched, there was a popular tool that generated a collage of your most frequently used words. When I looked at mine, it hit me like a physical blow: my language was actively creating a darker reality. Words like exploitation, fear, abuse, poverty, and lackwere the boldest and largest on the screen.
That realization sparked a deeply important pivot in my life. I became intensely mindful of what I was putting into the ether. What we put out in thought, language, sound, and action always finds its way back to us.
Sacred Sound is a visual and musical deep somatic healing tool that reverses that old collage. It takes high-frequency phrases usurped directly from the Starchild album and translates them into physical sound waves, which are then turned into stunning visual landscapes using eco-art. These tracks feature an instrumental soundscape of quartz singing bowls, handpan, hand-drums, and abstract vocals designed to rewire the brain and regulate the nervous system.
True Inclusivity & Healing For Everyone
Because Sacred Sound translates fluidly between the auditory and the visual, it breaks traditional barriers. It is designed to be fully accessible to both deaf and blind audiences. As someone who has personally dealt with non-visible disabilities, I know how disheartening and isolating it is to be excluded from sensory and artistic spaces. I actively refuse to leave anyone behind. This is a somatic experience meant for everyone.
